Rev. William S. Blackstock was born in 1824 in Buffalo, New York and his family moved to Toronto in 1827 when he was three years old.
He was married in 1850 to Miss Mary Gibbs who was born in 1826 and was still living in 1906, they had two sons.
He died in November 1905 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
He was received on trial in 1846.
